CS V.Shankar having experience of more than 13 years established this proprietorship firm in the name and style of "V.Shankar & Co". The core management of the firm includes CS PV Sindhuja and other seasoned professionals.

CS V.Shankar has completed his MBA, ACMA, CGMA, FCS and is also practising as an Insolvency Professional. V.Shankar has immense knowledge and experience in dealing with matters relating to Company Law, Securities Laws, inbound and outbound Investment, Legal Due Diligence, Transaction documents, Joint Ventures, Foreign Collaborations, Mergers and Acquisitions. V.Shankar has handled diversified corporate actions including Preferential Issue of Shares, Issue of Debentures, Secretarial Audit, Mergers and Acquisitions, Takeovers, Legal / Corporate Due Diligence, Organizing Shareholders and Board of Directors Meetings. He advises many clients on Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Overseas Direct Investment (ODI) & FEMA related compliances. He also handled various assignments under Insolvency & bankruptcy code both as Resolution Professional and as a liquidator.
